How We Handle Play Telemetry & Safeguard User Data

1. Information We Collect

To help parents, educators, and facilitators better understand child interaction patterns through play, MindaMentor collects:

  • Play Telemetry: Anonymized touchscreen interaction metrics (such as canvas coordinates, drag smoothness, tap timing, and path accuracy) logged during gameplay.
  • Account Data: Contact details and profile settings provided by parents, educators, or organization administrators.

2. Child Safety & Data Protection

MindaMentor prioritizes child safety. We do not collect direct personal identifiers from children during game sessions. Gameplay telemetry is assigned to randomized or encrypted internal IDs solely for progress tracking and reference purposes over time.

3. Purpose of Game Data

Interaction telemetry collected during play is used exclusively to:

  • Provide clear visual summaries of play activity and interaction trends for future reference.
  • Enhance and balance open-ended game modules for age-appropriate engagement.
  • Allow facilitators to compare past and present play activity over time.

4. Data Sharing & Privacy Assurances

We enforce a strict no third-party advertising commitment. Game activity metrics and reference reports are never sold or rented to third-party ad networks. All saved account and session data is stored using standard secure data protocols.
